Feeling Good

Growing wellness through transforming your thoughts, words and actions

The Feeling Good programme offers strategies to help people improve their quality of life and how they feel. It focuses primarily on how a person’s thoughts, words and actions towards themselves, others and life affect their mood, but it also includes information on what a person needs to feel good and an approach to manage worry. The content is offered through a 16-page booklet, a 1-hour message and a 5-week individual programme or group workshop.

The 1-hour message is designed to offer attendees an overview of strategies to help them improve their mood and general wellbeing. The 5-week individual programme or group workshop is interactive and more in depth. It offers a range of tools and resources. We also offer tailored programmes designed to address the specific needs of particular groups of people/organisations.

For more information about the Feeling Good programmes and resources or to request the booklet, please contact us.
